“With a Kiss I Die” imagines a world where Juliet Capulet never really died

“Can heaven be so envious?” – Juliet Capulet, Romeo and Juliet

In Shakespeare’s famous tragedy Romeo and Juliet, young Juliet Capulet finds her love Romeo dead by poison, and takes her own life with a dagger. The upcoming film With a Kiss I Die asks the question, “what if Juliet didn’t die after all?”

In Ronnie Kahlil’s With a Kiss I Die, we meet up with Juliet 800 years later, and she’s just as young and memorizing as ever. Why? Oh, because she happens to be a vampire! Yes, on the fateful night in question many centuries ago, Juliet (Ella Kweku) was taken from death by a vampire master and turned into one of the undead. She’s spent all this time grieving for Romeo, but when she meets an American woman named Farryn (Paige Emerson) against the stunning backdrop of Santorini, Greece, Juliet feels a spark that she didn’t think could ever exist again. Now she must protect her new love from a brood of fellow vampires.

With a Kiss I Die will be available on demand on August 28, 2018, and you can pre-order now on iTunes.
