E.J. Noyes is getting lots of love for her Ask Me Again, the follow-up to her Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell era novel, Ask, Tell. Lex Kent of Goodreads says, “This was a really well-written book. I’m attached to these characters and am really going to miss them. This book is very different and not always easy to read, but it’s absolutely worth it. Noyes just impresses me more and more with every book she writes.”
Pin of Goodreads also had wonderful things to say about the novel and author. “E.J. Noyes has become one of my trusted authors, and I cannot wait to read her next book Alone, which is slated for May next year.”
New reviewer Bethany had this to say: “Since I loved the first book so much, I was really curious how this one would stand up. So many sequels end up boring me because the MCs become stagnant and just can’t or don’t develop further as they should. Not this time though, not by a long shot! The characters I know and fell in love with just became even more real and likable with the sequel!”
A number of Bella books made it into The Lesbian Review’s “Top 100 Lesbian Vacation Novels”, including Party Favors by Jaime Clevenger, All the Wrong Places by Karin Kallmaker, and Delay of Game by Tracey Richardson. Check out the entire list, here.
Jaime Clevenger‘s Three Reasons to Say Yes made it onto Tara’s Favorite Lesbian Books list at The Lesbian Review. “Three Reasons to Say Yes by Jaime Clevenger is a super sweet and lovely vacation romance with just enough angst to keep things interesting.”
Sheryl Wright‘s Queen of Hearts got the thumbs up from Victoria at The Lesbian Review as well. “Queen of Hearts is an entertaining romance. It was such a quick read for me because the scenario is so appealing. A reality TV show full of interesting and beautiful lesbians looking to find true love is something that I would clear my schedule for. This book is a lovely break from the daily grind and if you’re looking for something light and fun, check it out.”
